Scammers operating the Privacy Solutions ID scheme sent fraudulent data breach notification letters claiming Conduent Incorporated had experienced a data breach, directing recipients to www.privacysolutionsid.com for protection services. The fake notifications referenced incidents involving health plan information and personal data with suspicious future dates like August 14, 2025, and March 5, 2026, while impersonating Conduent Incorporated's authority. Conduent Incorporated contacted me through a fraudulent data breach notification letter that led me to www.privacysolutionsid.com. They claimed there had been a security breach involving my personal information and insisted I needed to sign up for their identity monitoring services immediately. The letter looked legitimate but when I tried to verify the breach through official channels, I discovered it was completely fake and designed to steal my personal information.

I received an official-looking postal letter claiming to be from Conduent Incorporated about a data breach, directing me to register at privacysolutionsid.com for free identity protection services. The letter stated that my personal information including Social Security number, name, and date of birth had been compromised in a Conduent data breach and I needed to sign up immediately for protection. When I visited the fraudulent website, I was asked to provide sensitive personal information including my Social Security number, which would have facilitated the very identity theft the scammers claimed to be preventing.

I am not certain that this is a scam. But they are offering security monitoring on the basis of a data breach at Blue Cross Blue Shield of Illinois. They request my personal information (including SSN) in order to make an account. That makes sense in a way, but I haven't heard of this business before, so I'm not sure they're legit.
