I called Verizon Wireless about my bill and then paid it with the man ( Michael Morgan) and he told me that it would show up on my account as Smart Solve Inc. My account was debited via my bank debit card on 10/8/2025, however the payment never went to Verizon. I was not aware that it never paid until they shut our phones off right at Christmas. It never showed up on any of my Verizon statements as a past due amount. I had to pay the bill again and they charged me a total of 80.00 to reconnect the phones. I have filed a chargeback with my bank to try and get my money back; so far I have not received it. Smart Solve Inc Michael Morgan 201-633-3465 I just don’t want this happening to someone else.
