SCAM company all across the united states seemingly (from searching google/reddit). I called, they sent someone same day. They repaired garage door but was very shoddy job- the chain was slack and said it was fine. But it seemed to work- and the "tech" said they need to accept Zelle payment. I paid $750 via Zelle to "Tamir Gutman" via number 202-209-3576 (receipt attached). I found this to be extremely suspect, but given the garage seemed to be working didn't think too much about it. The next day stopped working- the tech I had been corresponding with stopped responding. The call center woman stopped answering calls. And any scheduled follow up appointments passed with no one showing up. When I called the original number from the website, they picked up immediately. I pretended to be a new customer to see how they would act, then when I provided my home address they realized someone had already been out there. No one ever came out after the initial "service" scam. I then contacted a legitimate garage company. They informed me the "new" unit the scam company installed was actually a model from 2014. Also attached the "receipt" provided by Tamir- which when I saw I started to realize full extent of the scam.
