I received an email from [email protected] on March 26, 2026 that my application was reviewed and they were following up to invite me to a virtual interview for a position with Quest Holdings SA. I was not given options but rather told my interview time was the next day and to respond if the timing worked or if I needed to reschedule. I replied that the timing worked and was told the interview was going to be via Microsoft Teams. When I accessed the meetings link, I was told the interview was going to be by chat, not video, and to respond via text only. I answered some questions about the role and my prior work experience and was then told to wait 20-25 minutes while they reviewed my responses. Afterwards I was told my responses were sufficient and they were extending me a job offer. They asked for my name as I would like it to appear on the offer letter, my address to send some training materials, and if I preferred a payroll check or direct deposit and I said check mailed and gave my address I was told to keep the Teams window open and report to the same meeting on Monday, March 30th at 8 AM, I responded understood, but immediately closed it afterwards. I have received the email with the offer letter, health benefits information, and request to complete a company personal profile document and direct deposit form but have not responded with any of the information. I looked at the address provided on the offer letter, and it is the company address and phone number in Greece (+30 211 999 1000) and the website appears legit.
