I received multiple phone calls from this number. The caller ID said "survey" but they left a message and claimed to be with FedEx. They told me they were having trouble finding my address and to call them back. Seemed like BS to me because FedEx delivers here often so I googled the number and sure enough, the first few results all had the word "scam" in them! I did not call them back.<scribe-shadow id="crxjs-ext" data-crx="ejommccbnocgekjphflienmbmkallcef" style="position: fixed; width: 0px; height: 0px; top: 0px; left: 0px; z-index: 2147483647; overflow: visible; visibility: visible;"></scribe-shadow> [BBB Scam Type: Phishing] [Business: FedEx Impersonator] [Location: IL, USA- 60176]
Company makes ads on social media claiming to sell a 100% authentic product (batana oil). However what I received is not an authentic product. The product is supposed to be somewhat solid but what I got looks like a pudding consistency (see image) The ingredients on the label make no mention of batana oil at all. I have attempted to contact the company for instructions on how to return the item for a refund with no response.<scribe-shadow id="crxjs-ext" data-crx="ejommccbnocgekjphflienmbmkallcef" style="position: fixed; width: 0px; height: 0px; top: 0px; left: 0px; z-index: 2147483647; overflow: visible; visibility: visible;"></scribe-shadow> [BBB Scam Type: Counterfeit Product] [Business: animus] [Location: MN, USA- 55416]

1. the product was supposed to ship within `4 weeks. It took over 12 weeks. Date purchased: 9/26/25 Date shipped: 1/2/2026. They never proactively reached out with updates, almost to try to make me forget I had spent $500. 2. it was advertised to be an amber wood color. What eventually shipped was near black. 3. it was advertised to be glass globes. What eventually shipped was plastic globes. 4. as a part of the return process, there was a $135 handling fee which is 25% of the price I paid. 5. when the return was improved, I was informed that I also have to not only pay for shipping but find a carrier. The box is 5 feet x 2 feet x 8 inches and will cost a significant amount in addition to the $135 handling fee. Entire process has not been handled well. The returns process triggered me to look up the business with BBB - and nothing could be found. My money may be a lost cause, but I don't want more consumers impacted.<scribe-shadow id="crxjs-ext" data-crx="ejommccbnocgekjphflienmbmkallcef" style="position: fixed; width: 0px; height: 0px; top: 0px; left: 0px; z-index: 2147483647; overflow: visible; visibility: visible;"></scribe-shadow> .css-1w6dufj{-webkit-box-flex:0;-webkit-flex-grow:0;-ms-flex-positive:0;flex-grow:0;-webkit-flex-basis:auto;-ms-flex-preferred-size:auto;flex-basis:auto;width:calc(100% * 12 / [BBB Scam Type: Counterfeit Product] [Business: Outlight] [Location: IL, USA- 60647]

Similar to others, the company called several times, referring to Medicare-supported medical devices “at no cost to you!” We declined. Several days later, UPS delivered a package containing a back brace and some other devices. We have not received a bill, and as far as we know, this company does not have our credit card information, but it sounds like they will somehow fraudulently claim this from Medicare in our name.<scribe-shadow id="crxjs-ext" data-crx="okfkdaglfjjjfefdcppliegebpoegaii" style="position: fixed; width: 0px; height: 0px; top: 0px; left: 0px; z-index: 2147483647; overflow: visible; visibility: visible;"></scribe-shadow> [BBB Scam Type: Phishing] [Business: Vivital] [Location: MA, USA- 01060]
