I have been receiving numerous calls daily from different numbers, if it goes to voicemail, they state they are from the loan department and have a loan offer and to call them back. Callback numbers provided in voicemail: 315-208-3779; 315-206-9030; 315-205-9052. If answered, the message states they are calling from Crestwood Loan Advisors and to call back 877-419-6664. After receiving my 3rd call for today, I spoke with Elias that initially identified himself with Corner Mark Credit Partners, when asked which company he was with it changed to Better Path Lending and he provided a website of betterpathlending.com to investigate. When asked for NMLS identifier, he refused and said only upper management has access to that information then hung up on me as I mentioned NMLS requirements for lending. My phone number is registered on the national Do Not Call and I have opted out through their own automated system. I've been receiving 5+ phone call and voicemails daily for months without end.
