I received a message that my order was processed because of a subscription I was not aware of signing up for. An option online was to cancel the order, which I did twice with no notification it was cancelled. I have emailed them twice requesting the order be cancelled with no response. I received an email the item was shipped despite cancelling it twice on the site and emailing twice. The money was also withdrawn from my account through the Shop app. I attempted to call the number online five different times, 321-490-9444. Three times it was immediately disconnected. One time it went to a message about car insurance, once an add about travel and once it was asking for information not related to the product. I do not need the product and my account was already charged without anyone to help cancel or rectify the situation. @media (min-width:768px){.css-1w6dufj{-webkit-box-flex:0;-webkit-flex-grow:0;-ms-flex-positive:0;flex-grow:0;-webkit-flex-basis:auto;-ms-flex-preferred-size:auto;flex-basis:auto;width:calc(100% [BBB Scam Type: Online Purchase] [Business: Nuora] [Location: PA, USA- 15108]
