I purchased their product with a 60 day mbg. After less than 30 I emailed them and requested a refund. They told me to keep trying the product. After 30 days I again requested a refund. After 5 different emails back and forth with them telling me to keep trying the product and me telling them I wanted a refund, the person gave me a link to use. The "person" on the link tried again to talk me into continuing with the procuct. Finally the "person" offered me a 75% refund and to keep the product. I agreed and waited. That was on Feb. 23, 2026. When I again emailed to find out where the refund was I was told to wait 30 days. I did.Then I emailed again and was given a phone #323-237-8012 and on 3/25/26 "Danny" answered and said I would receive the refund in 7 to 10 days. On 4/11/26 "Axel" said "I guess you're calling about the 75% refund you were promised and haven't received." He said he "sent to financial office to manually refund the money" and to give it 72 hours. On 4/15/26, "marlon" said to give it to Friday (4-17-26). They charge you for a product and promise full refund if you don't use the product. I returned the product right away. I have the tracking number and proof of a person who recieved the package. Their customer service company all says they same script that they will give me a refund and that they have processed it, but no refund. The support email also promises a refund if I call these numbers and still no refund. It's a fraud company. On October 18, I was watching a video from Rebel Wilson on how she lost weight, which lead to her MD, which lead to purchasing BurnPeak capsules. The promotion was: Purchase 3 or more bottles and receive 3 bottles for free. I ordered 6 bottles, but before the order completed, it allowed you to upgrade to 12 bottles, so I did. However, after completion, I saw only 6 bottles were purchased so I emailed [email protected] . Laura responded and said she couldn't find the order of 12, so I asked IF she could just cancel the whole order and I would start all over again because I wasn't comfortable having two separate orders out there. She said yes she would cancel the order. While on vacation, I received the order of 6 bottles. On 11/05, I emailed Laura and told her that this order was supposed to be cancelled by YOU! She sent me a link on how to return the product but they wanted me to pay for shipping and handling. I told Laura, NO, I will not pay for S&H cause this was to be cancelled and I didn't trust that they would refund me now that they didn't cancel the original order. So I said, ok I will keep the order but you owe me 3 more bottles for the promotion.(pic taken to prove 6 sent per receipt) She said she would work on sending me 3 more. (did not receive anything) However, the next day when I opened the first bottle, there were only #30 capsules instead of the #60 written on the bottle. BURNPEAK USES A 55 MINUTE DOCTORED VIDEO TO SELL A FAT BURNING SUPPLEMENT. CLAIMS IT IS FORMULATED BY DR. MARK HYMAN AND USES CELEBRITY ENDORSEMENTS. I PURCHASED AND THEN DISCOVERED THE SCAM. LUCKILY I CONTACTED MY CREDIT CARD COMPANY AND STOPPED PAYMENT. I THEN SENT AN EMAIL CANCELLING AND THE RESPONSE WAS TO CALL PHONE NUMBER 323-237-8012. Website was a video with prominent person stating that the product would help stimulate GLP1 and GIP hormones in the body. Then it takes you to another website where they have you purchase the product. It immediately goes to an add on section that mistakenly asks if you want the special discount but it doesn't discount you, it adds on more product which takes you to another addon product. I had to exit out of the website to stop the worm as i call it. They charged my card without confirmation and all attempts to have the order cancelled and immediate refund kept going into a black hole of auto email responses and the text message response was non existent to the text they sent me from phone #737-250-7344. I tried calling that number as well and ended up being a voice message saying the number would only receive texts only. Thus this scam alert. I contacted my bank immediately and filed a dispute stating they are a scam company. So anything to do with this company is a scam. They ten gave me a phone number of 323-237-8012 in which they told me their system would not allow them to issue a refund and cancel the order. I said that cannot be true. If you can see the information you can cancel it and issue a full refund. He then says he can offer me a 50% refund. I said, not that is not acceptable. He then says he will offer me a 70% refund. I said no, if you can offer 70% refund you can do 100% refund and that i would except nothing but a 100% refund of the money. He then said ok, i will process a 100% refund and it will be to my bank within 1-5 days. I suspect that it will never come through. My bank has already been notified of the scam. He ended by saying if the product comes in to refuse the shipment. I said no problem although i suspect no shipment will be made. This is the address given to return products. 19655 East 35th Drive #100 Aurora , CO 80011 When I wanted them pay the return products unopened, they refused, I told I would return them but would contact BBB again. They said so you have already contacted them, I said yes. The refund that was pending on my credit card disappeared. I do have some screen shots of them and will try to attach them as well as some phone numbers. The amounts was 294.00 times 2 = $588.00 dollars. I read an ad on Instagram for BurnSlim. It was a fake endorsement from dr. Jen Ashton. I originally ordered 6 bottles and only received only 3. After I realized others had been scammed as well, I returned all 6 bottles unopened to an address in Akron OH. A fake person named Laura has answered my emails (about 6 by now) and keeps saying they are working on it. I was then given this number to call: 323-237-8012. They have had my money for over a month. This is a fraud and needs to be terminated. I also supplied them with the tracking number of delivered product and the order number.
