Website was a video with prominent person stating that the product would help stimulate GLP1 and GIP hormones in the body. Then it takes you to another website where they have you purchase the product. It immediately goes to an add on section that mistakenly asks if you want the special discount but it doesn't discount you, it adds on more product which takes you to another addon product. I had to exit out of the website to stop the worm as i call it. They charged my card without confirmation and all attempts to have the order cancelled and immediate refund kept going into a black hole of auto email responses and the text message response was non existent to the text they sent me from phone #737-250-7344. I tried calling that number as well and ended up being a voice message saying the number would only receive texts only. Thus this scam alert. I contacted my bank immediately and filed a dispute stating they are a scam company. So anything to do with this company is a scam. They ten gave me a phone number of 323-237-8012 in which they told me their system would not allow them to issue a refund and cancel the order. I said that cannot be true. If you can see the information you can cancel it and issue a full refund. He then says he can offer me a 50% refund. I said, not that is not acceptable. He then says he will offer me a 70% refund. I said no, if you can offer 70% refund you can do 100% refund and that i would except nothing but a 100% refund of the money. He then said ok, i will process a 100% refund and it will be to my bank within 1-5 days. I suspect that it will never come through. My bank has already been notified of the scam. He ended by saying if the product comes in to refuse the shipment. This is the address given to return products. 19655 East 35th Drive #100 Aurora , CO 80011 When I wanted them pay the return products unopened, they refused, I told I would return them but would contact BBB again. They said so you have already contacted them, I said yes. The refund that was pending on my credit card disappeared. I do have some screen shots of them and will try to attach them as well as some phone numbers. The amounts was 294.00 times 2 = $588.00 dollars. I read an ad on Instagram for BurnSlim. It was a fake endorsement from dr. Jen Ashton. I originally ordered 6 bottles and only received only 3. After I realized others had been scammed as well, I returned all 6 bottles unopened to an address in Akron OH. A fake person named Laura has answered my emails (about 6 by now) and keeps saying they are working on it. I was then given this number to call: 323-237-8012. They have had my money for over a month. This is a fraud and needs to be terminated. I also supplied them with the tracking number of delivered product and the order number.
