I received two differently worded text messages about some fictitious "file" this company may have that I need to respond to: (1) "Follow-Up - (my first and last name) File Requires Input; We reached out previously and haven't received a confirmation. I searched the number these texts came from, some shady debt collectors, Harris & Harris, with almost 1,000 complaints for fraudulent credit reporting and harassments on the BBB website. Received multiple messages from the so called Resolution Team for The MLS Group. Messages start with thing such as: Continued Inactivity, Fourth Notice, Second Attempt, Day 1, Day 4, "My Name" File Still Inactive, Final Attempt - "My Name" File Still Unresolved. All the messages are in regards to following up on my file, my file requiring immediate direction, still haven't received confirmation, etc. Example of one message: 'Continued Inactivity - "My name" File Needs Immediate Input "My Name", No update has been logged despite repeated outreach. Let us know now before the file progresses without you.
