On Dec 11, 2025, I ordered a pizza online from Little Caesars in Butte Mt, paid for with a debit card. Within 12 hrs, early morning on Dec 12, 2025 I was receiving alerts, text and emails, from my banks fraud center, that PetterKi LOC+3337651145 OH was requesting a pay of $25. I checked my bank account and observed these pending transactions and submitted a stop payment. This attempted transaction occurred 4 times. The 4th attempt is what red flagged the fraud center. The fraud center denied the charged and sent me a text alert and an email with the transaction denial, along with 3-4 additional emails with the other 3 pending transactions with PetterKi LOC informational details that indicated 'your order (1, 2 and 3) is ready, you can pick it up at 186 Joraleman St. United States of America 11201. I called my bank and was told because it was a debit card they could not stop the pending transactions, said they would dispute the charges, transactions if/when it was completed and cancelled/deactivated the debit card. A few hours later I went to my local bank branch, requested and received a new debit card and had an intense conversation with the teller on getting this resolved and my money refunded, including the stop payment fee. There is no resolution at this time and my account is being monitored closely by bank staff and myself due to this situation is clearly fraudulent. I went to the Little Caesars Pizza branch in Butte and informed them of this fraudulent card hack with connection to online ordering.
