I was looking on Wayfair to purchase a dresser for my son. I didn't have an account with Wayfair at the time, but I purchased one anyway. My bank flagged the charge and I had to confirm that I was attempting to make a purchase. I tried three times, and after the third try, I contacted my bank's fraud department and told the that I was the one trying to make a purchase, so they allowed the charge. I didn't get a confirmation or an estimated delivery date. Later, I went back to Wayfair to make another purchase, but this time I set up an account. I had decided not to continue with the second purchase and left the website. I have checked Wayfair multiple times to check for my order. Since I didn't use the account I created after the purchase, I turned to my account to check on the purchase. I am unable to contact them directly as I was directed to this website.
