If you have questions about the shipment, please contact [email protected] Transaction ID 26M0968606503650U Merchant Elmer Veum [email protected] " I called Paypal at 402-935-7753 and complained about of unauthorized charge to my CITI Mastercard for $67.19 I sent an email to Elmer Veum at his/her email: [email protected] . But the individual did not reply. the email is good because it did not bounce back. I Filed complaint with my CITI Mastercard. After the financial investigation they claimed that my transaction was legal. But I found a yellow notice stating that "This purchase was made using another user's account" I have sent another email to [email protected] with no reply. I have this paypal account for 24 years.
