I ordered 4 snugglewarm blankets in 4 colors. The ad said it was in stock and available. 3 weeks later I have still not received my order. I sent several emails to snugglewarm.com with no response. I called the number on the site several times too 1-424-441-8184. No response and it beeps with no vm options. Ordered their SnuggleWarm HeatHug Blanket as a Christmas gift for my wife on 12/08/25 and showed it was stuck in China for over 2 weeks before there was any shipping movement. The order finally arrived on 12/31/25 and found that is did not appear as advertised. The item is advertised as having Built-in Hand and Foot pockets - did not have either. Advertised as having 6 Heat Control Options - there isn't any form of heating feature on the product received. Clothing Length is advertised as being 72-inches - My wife is 5'7" and the product received only goes down to her knees. I've seen 3 emails following receiving the product to inquire on why what I received doesn't align with what was advertised, and haven't received any response back. I saw an ad on instagram for a large heated blanket that has sleeves, foot pockets, hand pouch, and adjustable electric heating settings. Tons of views and comments from people saying they ordered and loved it (now I know they were all fake or bought). I followed their link to “snugglewarm.com”. I ordered the pink item that said they were on sale for $59.99. I used Apple Pay. Shipping said it would take 5-12 business days when I ordered on Dec 13, 2025. Item took 3.5 weeks to arrive. When I checked the tracking info they gave it was a weird tracking site that said the item was in Dongguan China. It took 2 weeks for that to even change to say it was moved or started the shipping. Eventually the item arrived January 7, 2026. Immediately upon opening the product I knew it was a scam as what I received was entirely not what was described. 1. There is no heating element at all. No remote to control heat, no heating element within the blanket at all….its just a thin, fleece blanket with arm holes. (False description #1) 2. There are NO foot pockets at all (False description #2) 3. Overall length and width dimensions were smaller than advertised. (False description #3) 4. $60 for a thin fleece blanket with sleeves is absolutely ridiculous and a scam. I never would have bought this if it wasn’t a heated blanket as advertised. I sent emails to “ [email protected] ” which was provided in the order email as well as on their website explaining all of this and telling them I need a full refund or I’ll dispute the charges with my cc company and report them for fraud. No response. Also called the number on their site “ +1 4244418184” with no answer, immediately goes to voicemail every time. Left message, no response back. I feel scammed and embarrassed. Ordered Snuggle Warm HeatHug Blanket. Recieived a blanket that looked similar, but was not the item I ordered. Wrote numerous emails to company and received but 1 reply. I was asked to send pictures of item received, and sent them the pictures asked for. That was the last time I heard from them. Tried calling their number (424) 441-8184, and only get "leave a message" announcement. Left numerous messages. No replies. Their chat line says they are not available at this time.
