I received a phone call today from 475-275-6177, the man stated that I was scheduled to received a summons for a civil lawsuit that they needed to mail to me. He provided telephone number 877-286-6923 and a case #. Number was for B&B litigations or lawgroup. Woman on other end knew all my information and stated that Ace Cash Express we're taking me to court for $4850. Claimed that I never paid a loan from 2017.
