i receive a text on 1/20/26 saying case 2023-0590 documents have been completed and submitted regarding no-contest clause no action required at this time 877-430-4492, i called them and they said they were hired by ace cash express to take me to court and sure me for 1456 but with court fees i now owe 3286.00 and I said I have not had a loan in over 15 years and she said well they hired them to sue me, i explained statue of limitations and she said thats not true, i hung up and called ace cash express at 8662332274 and spoke to laronda in collections and she said it was a scam cause the last time I had a loan with them was in 2007 and it was put in my bk in 2007 [BBB Scam Type: Debt Collections] [Business: ATLAS LEGAL GROUP] [Location: AZ, USA- 85208]
