Phone call received stating I had a fraud alert, and some one from Chase Bank called me to ask if I had applied for a credit card in the state of Ohio. Next I was transferred over to another person to go over my personal credit cards, and the amount of interest I was being charged. They offered to close the cards in question, and to have the cards canceled and written off by the credit card companies. While on the phone they told me that the cost for their service was going to be #3276 which was charged to one of the cards that was going to be closed. On January 26, 2026 I received an email with instructions to log into their Secure Client Access webpage. I have since signed in and see nothing on this page. On this page there are 3 contacts listed: David Richards (Admin), no name listed for the Credit Specialist, and Carl L listed as team member. There is also a phone number to contact them 407-338-4584. This phone number rings busy when you call. I was also contacted by Gloria who has a phone number of 689-223-3307 which rings busy then hangs up. During this time I was instructed to sign up with creditheroscore.com, which is a credit monitoring service. I did and was charged $1 for the initial set up and then $24.99 a month.
