I have been receiving calls every day around the same time from an unidentified “business.” It’s always someone from a “loan review unit.” When I pick up, it’s a prerecorded message saying something along the lines of: “I am the assigned underwriter to your file. I see noted here we took another look at your file earlier this week and it appears you almost approved for $67,000. Depending on your income situation you have three terms and options to collect from. I just wanted to connect so we can walk through the details together and go over your terms and finalize your funding. When you get a chance please give me a call back at 866-398-3898.” I got so frustrated that I called the number and was connected to a representative. It was a different voice than the recording. I told them to remove me from their call list. They did not. After that point the calls increased in number. They call me at least once a day from various numbers from different states, which I block immediately.
