Good Morning. thank you for responding! It is a complaint to/of Target Master Card. I have had fraud issues with them...I have called them every month since it started. There was a credit card issued out, not my me, and it was used. I have and did cancel any and all credit cards with them, prior to this happening. A card was issued and somehow it was activated.. It was a $40/aprox dollar charge in the beginning of this situation, and now with late fees etc... and every time I call them...I get a go round. During several months of dealing with this issue, it has been a call overseas and that in itself was a challenge. During two of my calls , I did have someone tell me that the card was canceled...BUT I NEVER activated it. So from this amount it is now $240/aprox. I have been getting calls from the collections and do not answer. I FINALLY talked with someone from the Mpls. Target collections dept and she walked me through information. During this conversation, she is going to resend me paper work I need to complete and return. And now this will take more time to deal with. She also told me that Target has numerous calls with the same issue. PLEASE...I know our credit now is probably affected by this situation...and I don't know how or what to do next. I am not sure what to do next. I know my/our credit is probably affected from this. Is there anything you can do to help me out of this mess? Thank you for your time!
