I purchase clothing through Facebook ad with Bank Debit Card Payment for clothing and used my USPS Mail Box Street address for the Clovis, CA Post Office as the delivery address. The seller emailed order confirmation with this tracking number JSEAJ0640657014YQ for JS Express Shipping also out of China. Shipper attempted to deliver on 1/13/2026 and delivery failed. This note was left on 17Track website, "Delivery Location, Delivery failed Note: Delivery address could not be located. Please verify and provide correct address information. For assistance, Contact SwiftX at +1 909-268-7835 or [email protected] ." I call JS Express and they did not have the JSEAJ0640657014YQ provide to me by seller in their system. The customer service rep at JS Express said their tracking numbers begin with SWX, I emailed ROCOCITY customer service because no phone number or address is listed and two days later they responded with the tracking error and my address is wrong. I emailed both ROCOCITY and JS Express noting I needed an SWX tracking number. On 1/16/2026, JS Express shipped package back to China after 3 days in the US. On 1/18/2026, ROCOCITY emailed me the correct tracking number (SWX717560000016833218), two days after my order was sent back to China. I called JS Express customer service rep Ping Zhao, at +1 909-268-7835 ( [email protected] ) he confirmed my address is for the USPS Clovis CA post office but could not tell me why the delivery driver didn't deliver or why he listed the address as "Delivery Location, Delivery failed Note: Delivery address could not be located."
