My mother tried to purchase me a towel rack from bowlift.com but the company never delivered. After being told the item was not in stock, she was given "store credit" for more than what she had originally paid. She was then asked to complete a survey that included a question that she was not incentivized to complete the survey, but she had BOTH received additional credit and representative tried to tell her what to say. They then failed to deliver the replacement item and gave a fake tracking number and phone number. Some Reddit information indicates the shipping number is for a separate scam shipping company called SwiftXExpress.
