Beware!! BHO Chimney has a targeted location website that appears legitimate claiming repairs in your neighborhood. Scheduling is easy and an Individual shows up for estimate. Provides estimate and requires parts 1/2 $ paid via Amex up front. Company billed to Amex was a different name by the name of “SP Universal Chimney.” They never showed up for service…. I submitted complaint and they stated they would refund and did not.. Subsequent searches of Universal Chimney showed BBB “F” rating for fake and scams among other scam reports. Upon further complaints they sent me a “link” to submit for refund however it appeared to be a further scam from a personal number that is also affiliated with scams. 754-275-1487. I did not open link. Reported to Amex and dispute immediately resolved and credited however company and website still out there.
