Claim number 26009Y082815BA for Medical Equipment/Supplies submitted charges $12,150.00. The Provider was Flex Care Medical Solutions and type Non-Participating Provider. Claim was submitted on 1/9/2026 and Processed by BC/BS on 1/24/2026. I never received any services from this organization. This appears to be a bogus scam. This claim was not processed for payment by my insurance company..
