I purchased a house, closing date on december 19th 2025. I am waiting for a letter to setup account to pay on loan. I receive 3 tear-away letters. They all are formatted different but contain similar information. All 3 have the same address, all 3 have the wrong closing date (22nd). There are 2 different phone numbers to call, 1-833-587-1756 and 1-833-408-1604. There are 2 different company names, The Mortgage Service Center and Mortgage Protection Center. Both numbers send you to a bot asking for mortgage ID, which then tries to start you on a process for mortgage insurance and starts asking questions that people probably shouldnt be answering to a random number from a letter....
