Phone caller informed me that a disconnection was scheduled on my account and that a ComEd rep was scheduled to arrive at my residence to disconnect. She asked me if I was aware of a disconnect notice and I said NO. She said she would give me a number to verify and did I have a pen and paper. I said YES. She gave me 888-203-0064 and I hung up.
