First called from unknown caller stating that they were a "locator service company" trying to contact me about a case being filed against my social security #. They also called my daughter. Gave me case #SJ1126737 and phone number 833-503-0352 to call. I called; they identified as V and W Legal Services located at 100 W Walnut Street in Pennsylvania. They indicated they were representing Online Loans or Loans Online? I was not able to locate any information online about them. In fact, the address comes up to a store. The person I spoke with stated that they were going to file criminal charges such as fraud, etc. against me. I asked for the name of one of their lawyers and she gave me the excuse that they were all in court, but she would have someone call me back? They stated the balance was $4k and they would accept payment arrangements of $600 today and $360 monthly for 10 months?
