One of many calls about a loan application that I do not believe I ever applied for. Not sure if they're totally lying about the loan application or if someone has been applying for loans in my name. I've gotten a few of the "Daniella torres" calls which you can find on this site, but I can't find any from this new caller who identifies herself as "Rachel Donovan". Nonstop constant spam calls using spoof numbers to the point I may have to change my number now. Calls every few hours even late nights into early morning. I answered once unknowing it was a scammer. They get aggressive and curse at you in Hindi if you don't give over personal information for their fake loan. They ask for social security numbers, name, address, card information, bank information etc. Speak to you regarding your personal loan. Continuous phone calls from multiple numbers. When the phone calls are answered, it is the same recording. One of the voicemails I have saved says this: “This is Rachel Donovan and I am assigned underwriter to your file. I'm calling about your personal loan matter and trying to get hold of you for the past few days. Your file shows nearly approved for $46,000. If you are still looking for a personal loan, please call us back today before 6:00 PM at 833-588-3773. Our record shows you were applying with us in the past for a personal or consolidation loan. At the time we couldn't move forward, but that changed in 2026. Rates have come down and underwriting has opened up, especially for people with a lower score and that's why I am trying to get in touch with you before it changes again. Looking forward to hear back from you soon and have a great day.” When I call the number, 833-588-3773, this is the message I hear: “We’ve matched your call to your offer. A loan specialist will be with you shortly. Please note this call may be recorded for training and quality assurance purposes.” When I call the number that called me, 608-727-4205, this is the message I hear: “Thank you for calling the underwriting department. If you're calling about your pending loan offer, press 1; for questions about a pre-approval letter or notification you received, press 2; to update your contact details or application information, press 3; for all other inquiries, press 4. If you wish to withdraw your offer or opt out of future communications, press 9.” Over the last few months when I answer the calls, pressed 9 to be removed; however, the calls just increase after doing this. I get calls like this every other day from different numbers and different states in the US all with the same message. I mostly get this message: "This is Daniela calling from the personal loan review team. I'm reaching out with a quick update on your funding request. Your application has been re-reviewed and is now showing nearly approved for approximately $67,000. Pending last steps and verification" and I also got this message: "Hi, my name is Rachel. I would like to speak to you regarding your personal loan. This is Rachel Donovan and I am assigned underwriter to your file. I am calling about your personal loan matter and trying to get hold of you for the past few days. Your file shows nearly approved for $46,000. multiple phone calls a day/week with different phone numbers that leave voicemails. I tried to block the phone number but they will call from a different phone number every single time. "Hey, it's Rebecca with the tax review unit for your record. This is Rebecca Molina, agent ID 20032 with the tax." they call about a " back tax information or something. They used to call about and say " Hi, my name is Rachel. I would like to speak to you regarding your personal loan. This is Rachel Donovan, and I am assigned underwriter to your file. I'm calling about your personal loan matter and trying to get hold of you for the past few days. Your file shows nearly approved for $46,000. This all started when I signed up for a debit resolution service on instagram under the name "accredited debt relief" but they assure me it's not them calling.
