Repeated calls about a loan that was never requested. Caller left the following message and used 01/2 as the date, today's date is 1/23 "Assigned to your file. Today is 01/2. 1 wanted to just to follow up after trying to reach you over the past few days with a quick update. Your file is now showing nearly approved for about forty six thousand dollars. You had applied with us before for a personal or consolidation loan. And while we couldn't move forward at the time, a few things have changed this year with rates and underwriting. Several times a day I will receive a call from Loan Services. They always use a different name and display a different phone number from various states. It is an AI voice saying my loan has been approved and to call 844-509-3321. Madison Cruz from an unnamed lender called, stating a loan I had applied for was nearing completion, and to call back at 8445093321 to finalize the financials (I did not.) I get calls every day from the number as I have input claiming that they are in investments and or loan company that has allegedly processed my loan application. I have never attempted any loan with this company or any company recently. The voice is either a female or a male and they make a call twice a day and they leave voicemails stating to call them back to complete an alleged loan application.. Stating the following in their voicemail; Hi, this is Madison calling about your personal loan. My name is Madison Cruz. I'm the underwriter assigned to your file. Today is January 23rd. This was a robocall which I've received several times over the past two weeks from other numbers with the scammer leaving the following voicemail message which have all been basically the same: My name is Madison Cruz. They call me every day! I am on the do not call registry and they leave voicemails everyday! This has been going on for 3 months! I am reporting them! It needs to stop! They keep telling me I am approved for a $40,000 loan that I applied for! This is ALL NOT TRUE! I have been getting these calls a lot the last few months saying they need to speak to me about my personal loan, never mentioning my name. The script is almost identical every time, switching between male/female, different callers name (this particular call was Madison Cruz) and sounds like AI. Half the time they don't provide a company name. They are an 'underwriter assigned to' my file for my 'personal loan matter' (I did not apply for a loan). Nearly approved for $46,000. Says rates have changed and want to get 'back in touch' with me. Wants me to call 844-509-3321 to go over it. In a week, I got two calls from 'Madison'.
