I received a phone call from gentleman saying he was calling on behalf on my son who signed up for SAT's and they were giving my sons name and my number about Sat's pretest study guides. They said the cost would be $249.95 which I paid by credit card. What they sent us was a box with supplies of dvd disc and a thumb drive which were not good. Once I realized this, I tried reaching out to them at the number on the paperwork 1-833-677-1680. Every time I called this number all I got was the answering machine. I finally left a message and when they finally returned my call the woman was rude and very short. All she said is we could return the product but since it was over 30 days she said they would not refund me which was never told to me when they called. They said once my sone took his SAT's we could send it back and get a refund. Over the past 3 months I have been getting a charge on my credit card for $79.95 from ACADEMIC ENRL and I have called the credit card company, and they have replaced my credit card multiple times and they somehow still get a charge on the new card the credit card company is trying to figure out how they are doing this. This company is a total scam and I am not sure how they can still be getting a way with it. They call as Prep Scores and charge your credit card as Acdemic Enrl. Michael Lee called, similar to the previous posts. Sent materials for a $249 hold that would be refundable if i sent the materials back within 30 days. Sent them back immediately, no refund, 2 months later I noticed a charge on my credit card statement for $79.95, recurring charge that lasted for 2 months before i cancelled my card. This is criminal what Michael Lee at 833-677-1680 is doing. He had my sons name and high school. Credit Card statement shows Academic Enr as the charge.
