I wanted help setting up an online business and I stupidly bought a package to have the company Ai Wealth builder help me build a shopfiy shop online. I called 8337980688 and spoke to Joe Decker who was very friendly and helpful. I was asked to set up a AMEX Aspire Credit account. I told them I wasn't interested in a new card, but they insisted that I couldn't get them help if I didn't get the new card. (Should have known then that they were scammers) Then as we continued on Joe got more and more rude and told me that no one would do business with someone so difficult. I told them, I was not interested in doing business with someone who would be so rude to their own client. He hung up on me. When I called back, I was hung up on again and finally got a "superviser" that I believe was "Joe" again. Then, I was given another number to process my refund and that number never answered. I feel just sick that I was taken. I feel stupid.
