This company has numerous names listed in their communications. Vianys, Hilipert, Colapatrendy and Casekis. There was a video ad on google with depicted cute forest animals ornaments which moved and yawned. I clicked on the link and purchased what I thought were the ornaments as displayed. Instead I received three cheap plastic flat "ornaments" which looked like the video animals. I tried to contact the customer service line 1-833-949-1266. a woman answered with "Hello," I told her I wanted to return these ornaments to get a full credit/refund on my card. She said she did not have the information and would call me tomorrow with instructions. Like an idiot, I said OK and hung up. I didn't get her name either because I forgot to ask. I called the subsequent times to a recording which said they were closed because it was after 5. It was only 1:30 pm. DO NOT PURCHASE! I used my on email address because it would not take the three they used.
