We get phone calls at our business multiple times a month from these people. The number on our caller ID is 480-359-2926. The number she gave for us to call back was 928-396-3103. They want to know if we received a credit of $800 on our statement from November (last month). I told her if she worked for our merchant services account, she would be able to see whether we did or not. She said she works in a different dept. She also wanted our email. I told her if our account was with them, they would already have that as well. I have asked them to quit calling for the past couple of months but they keep trying.
