The number 844-408-4056 came up as a Lufthansa customer service number when Googled. I called to cancel a flight that was fully refundable & these scammers tried to charge me $289 as a cancellation fee. I gave them my credit card details verbally on the phone but did not authorize the charge when they emailed me to sign. When I saw the email I realized it was a scam & they were not at all affiliated with Lufthansa. I immediately canceled my credit card.
