I was contacted on my company mobile phone by someone claiming to be a courier service and said that I have a certified mail package that they want to deliver to my home. They even had my home address. When I asked who the sender was, the person said "UCA" and gave me their number which is (844)450-2437. She said use reference number 1859334 and they will give you more information on the certified mail package. She also said they would like to schedule a day/time for me to accept and sign for the package. That alone to me was a red flag that this was a scam. I searched the internet for any reports on the (844) 450-2437 number and came upon your website. I am now adding this info on your scam tracker so other people would be aware of scams like this that is going around. They even went as far as contacting my husband's mobile number. They called my daughter and told her they were looking for me to serve papers and if I didn't call back they would serve me at my employer. They knew our names and my employer. They said to call UCA at 844-450-2437 ext 158 and speak to Harold Daily. I called and they refused to tell me anything about their business except "UCA". They told me my SSN. He said the person that contacted my daughter was a courier looking to serve me papers. He said I owed Wells Fargo $4,000 and they are suing me. He mentioned my county by name when he said what court they were suing me in. I repeatedly told him I didn't owe it. He was aggressive and argumentative. He kept threatening garnishment, attorney fees, court costs and being served at my employer. He kept saying if I took care of it today he could offer me a settlement amount.
