Please call 1-866-799-6459 as this will be our FINAL ATTEMPT TO NOTIFY YOU. We reserve the right to revoke allocated waiver after 7 days of receiving this notice. I got mail from Motor Vehicle Services that said IMMEDIATE ACTION REQUESTED. And gave a contact number (866-799-6459). At the bottom, it says “Your allocated waiver of $199 may be redeemed by activating a new coverage. Not all consumers have previous coverage.
