Hobby Lobby survey stating that I could receive outdoor snowmen decorations for $13.95. After the purchase I never got a confirmation and it didn’t seem right. So I emailed the company at the email address on the form and after several attempts it was returned as not deliverable. I called the original number on the form 1-844-465-0034. They claimed nothing was processed on their end yet it was showing on my card. They kept asking for my entire credit card number which I didn’t provide. I had called my credit card company and disputed the charge. Then 2 days later they processed a charge for 87.76 which was not authorized or approved. No email or invoice or notification was ever received on either charges. The company listed under the charge was Premium health medical devices with a phone number of 844 921 8994.
