I called 8445782505 that was on a Southwest page. I talked to a person named Adam who presented himself as a Southwest representative. I was telling him I was trying to book a fight to Fort Lauderdale Jan 15, 2026 but was having a problem using my points (total 22,000, I had just purchased 19,000 points for $342). He told me I could only use 7000 of the points and pay the rest in cash. I was upset I told him SW told me I needed at least 19,000 and now you are telling me I can only use 7000. I asked why they would tell me that ..he said he didn't know. I asked about getting a refund on the points I had just purchased he said yes he could do that for me. He went on to tell me he could reserve my flight and then help me with the refund. So, I paid an additional $794.26 for a ticket. Then gave Adam the information about my rewards account. he said it would be back into my account in 7-10 business days. After speaking to Southwest about the money not refunded, they said there were no refunds on points and had no idea what I was talking about. I believe this guy Adam conned me into purchasing a ticket with cash to get a sale for the travel agency. There is no way I would have purchased a ticket knowing I would not have received a refund for points just purchased. I reiterated to Adam " I can get my money back" he said yes! I want others to know what is going on with this travel agency, Flightfind. They are connected with SW because I called the number again to see is they were affiliated with SW. Misinformation is being given out on purpose. Is it really a mistake ? It cost me an additional $452.26 I would not have had to pay, if I could have used the points I had just purchased 1/10/26. .css-c8hvdp{--Grid-columns:12;-webkit-flex-direction:row;-ms-flex-direction:row;flex-direction:row;min-width:0;box-sizing:border-box;displa [BBB Scam Type: Other] [Business: Flightfinder travel agency Date Repo] [Location: IN, USA- 46234]
