I received a letter from the Multi State Lottery Association and it was a Boxing Day giveaway contest. I told them I don't participate in this type of thing. The letter stated how to claim your prize and told to call 1-855-203-5000 within 30 days of receiving the letter. When I call I was supposed to have the letter and valid photo id ready. It's signed by Levy Hirsch, vice president of operations. I gave them a call but knew it would be a phony. He got nervous when I asked him questions. They said they got my name if I ever used Walmart or Walgreens. I called the BBB to report it.
