Got a call from a "process server". She instructed me to call 855-327-7251 with ref.# 841669.i called the number and spoke to a guy Mike . He had my ssn, my current address and an alleged credit card number from 2002. Allegedly claiming i owed 4090$. I questioned him about the "debt" as i am cureently and have been a bank of america customer since 2010. He said debt was sold and Cohen Bailey has it now. He said they would settle for 50% or to make a counter offer. He emailed me a form to sign. I confirmed receipt of email. Told him I would call back in 24 hours. I then called B.O.
