I found a BBQ on the website BBQGrills.com called the customer service number and placed an order. My credit card was immediately charged, while I was still on the phone discussing the order. I canceled the order 2 days later after seeing many negative reviews, 3weeks later still haven’t received a refund credit. I placed an order 14 January 2026, I canceled the order 16 January 2026. I was immediately charged $999 on my card, but after 3 weeks I am still waiting for the refund to be credited back to the card. I have called customer service many times and rarely get through. I have never received a return call or a response to the email I sent as requested. I strongly suspect this is a scam/fraudulent website.
