My inbox stopped synchronizing emails on March 17, 2026. I looked online for Microsoft support and called a number which I thought was affiliated with Microsoft (855-867-6105). The person said that they need to see what version of Microsoft I had. They told me to log onto www.ms365org.weebly.com and then to download Ultraviewer. They then said that I had a version of Microsoft that only supported Windows 10 and that they would give me a refund for $99.99. Please note that my subscription for Microsoft had just renewed on March 14, 2026 so I thought that I may have the wrong version that caused the synchronization problem. They acted like they would give me a refund if I filled out a form (I have a copy of the form) which included my bank name. Supposedly the refund did not go through, so they connected me to someone from the "refund department" who said he worked at Wells Fargo which was affiliated with the World Bank. When the representative came back my actual checking account showed a line item in it with a $9,999 deposit instead of $99.99. I said to reverse the charge and the representative said they could not do that because the money came from Microsoft and the World Bank. They told me that I must return the extra money or I would get charged 28% interest on it. The person said that to clear up the problem, I need to return that money right away. I went to my bank and withdrew $9,900 in cash. I was then instructed where to deposit it into a Bitcoin ATM. Also, the extra deposit money as a line item did not show on my bank ledger at this point and the representative said that the money was in my checking account but was "hidden". On March 23, 2026 the person called me back again and said that $2,000 did [BBB Scam Type: Tech Support] [Business: Microsoft Tech Support Spoof Date Re] [Location: Law
