Hi this is Elouise. I"m calling you for Intuit Quickbooks services. Thsi message is to inform you of a payment decline while renewing the subscription for you Quickbooks data services. And it shows here that it could be due to billing address change, a credit card change or a technical error. And as per our new updates from the payments department. If any account gets declined twice, then in those account we are not able to try to use any new card or the same card for payments.
