I received a phone call from this number +1 (863) 304-9991 with a reference number asking me to return the call at this number 501-585-5834. I googled the 501 number and found out there was a scammer alert with the BBB. [BBB Scam Type: Identity Theft] [Business: Unknown] [Location: DE, USA - 19805]
Called from 863-304-9991 left voice mail referencing a file number, indicating immediate attention, advising to call 501-585-5834. Called the number, man spoke very fast, he claimed to be a law firm looking to review and file a breach of contract case against me if the debt was not settled. Claiming their currier service had attempted twice to deliver detailed paperwork RE: their claims to my home unsuccessfully, and this was my last opportunity to settle it before it was escalated to court. I asked for the currier company info, as no attempted deliveries have been made. As I continued to ask more questions about so called account/breach of contract, a man in the background started yelling. He claimed to be the attorney who would be suing me. In a heated exchange of words, he started yelling and swearing at me. When I accused them of fraud and attempting to scam me they hung up on me.
