I had issue with my garage door in the middle of the night I thought something fall - but i guess it was the spring that exploded - so I jumped on yelp in the in the Am and called several places - after speaking to a few people - i asked this guy to come by sais it would be about 250 - he tried to say my door was trash even thought it was working perfectly -- and it would cost about $2800 i told him to get lost - he then changed his tune and said he could do it for $320 - i needed to get it dont and could wait for other s to come by and give more quotes considering it was apart already - anyhow the guy barely got it back together keeps saying i needed new pulleys im like there's nothing wrong with them - he talked me into replacing my big main spring with 2 smaller springs that was also a mistake - the technicians name was " Rotem Haver" - he provided a generic receipt but i dint notice at the time that the name of the business on the receipt didn't match any place i called - obviously its a real company but maybe no business license so thats why they did this - lots of crooks out there... but dont do business with 866-747-7982 - they are total crooks - no address or anything on the receipt [BBB Scam Type: Home Improvement] [Business: ? garage door and repair] [Location: CA, USA- 92835]
