She insisted that I pay her using Chime, which I've never used before. I sent $94 dollars to a $Ashley-Stowers-4 for the "application fee." They refused to give me tour of the place until I send $404 to "keep the place on hold for me." I requested legal documents to make sure that money would come back to me in the case that I changed my mind or something but they refused and continue to pressure me to send $404. I had yet to see the place in person/meet the seller. They continued to send me the same pre made prompts to pressure me to send them money via chime.
