On March 16, 2026, I saw an ad on FB offering a sample box of Nothing Bundt Cakes for 10.00. I purchased the sample box and gave my debit card number as payment. My bank account was debited $11.52 by “8669386293feminineforc”, which I thought included taxes on the purchase. I received no follow-up confirmation of my purchase. On March 19, my bank account was debited $81.31 by the same entity. I contacted them by calling the number (866)938-6293, and the person I spoke to couldn’t tell me what exactly I was “purchasing” for $81.31, but that I had 48 hours after my first purchase to “cancel” and avoid further charges. I told her I was never informed of this when I bought the Bundt cakes, and asked for a refund. She agreed to refund the $81.31 by the close of business, but to date I haven’t received anything back. I have also not received the sample box of cakes.
