My spouse (senior citizen)went online 11/13/2025 to purchase 1 bottle of glucose support supplement for prostate as advertised for $39.99 to help with excessive urination. These people charged my card $199.00 / I contacted my bank & Crestline @ 877 345-9848 and demanded they refund the difference in which they did. Made it clear only 1 bottle was purchased & one time purchase. Yet again 12/15/2025 they charged my card $160.00 in which they were clearly not AUTHORIZED to do. I again contacted them and was told that was a “promotion/subscription and if you don’t cancel they will charge your card” First of all there was no agreement only a one time purchase. They never sent a confirmation, email or receipt of purchase still to date. I strongly believe these people are scammers in disguise and probably more victims of fraud out here. This is totally unacceptable behavior for anyone to illegally take money from your account unauthorized. And, the fact that I called previously with the same issue of funds being unlawfully taken from my account. When I never signed up for any subscription. These people need to be investigated and charged for theft. I should not have to wait for my money to be returned. I have bills to pay and this setback has caused my bank account to be overdrawn. Please give this immediate attention. I spoke with someone name Billy. He said that he would reverse payment but I never received a email stating that nor did my husband receive any email ever. I don’t trust these people with my personal information and this has caused me a great deal of financial stress , anxiety and potential hardship.
