On December 1, 2025, using Google Search, we responded to a website (premiumbengals.com) posted by PREMIUM BENGALS that advertised Bengal Kittens for sale. We told them we were interested in one of their Bengal kittens named “Blue” (photo attached). They responded by text from 218-996-4571 saying they would contact us by email. In that email from [email protected] they informed us Blue was “for sale” for $1000 and wanted $250 for delivery, asking we pay them the $1250 by Zelle or Apple Pay. Then, they emailed us a sales contract with a physical address of 3018 Nash Road, Brooklyn Center, MN 55429. We set up a Zelle account through our bank, Wells Fargo. PREMIUM BENGALS provided us with their Zelle email ( [email protected] ), Zelle number (267-701-6958) and a Zelle name of Eli Crowley. But Zelle would not accept their information. As a result, Premium Bengals told us to use the Cashier Name of Timothy W. Lemnah. But again, Zelle would not accept their information, and Premium Bengals blamed Zelle and asked us to use Apple Pay. We informed them we did not have Apple Pay and they suggested sending a cashier’s check. We refused to send a cashier’s check, and they agreed to accept payment through PayPal for Friends and Family. They provided us with a PayPal name of Donald Atta and PayPal email of [email protected] and asked us to only send $800 as a test first. We sent $500 which processed and attempted to send another $300. But PayPal told us Donald Atta had a $500 limit.
