The search engine "Bing.com" brought me to Reservations.com when I search **** Hotel, **** F Street NW Washington DC 20037. I called the number : 877-507-0120. I attempted to make a reservation for Sunday, January 25, 2026. I received a confirmation from the sales associate and noticed that the dates were incorrect. I was still on the phone with the sales associate and explained that the date was not correct (January 26, 2026 check-in). The sales associate explained that she would need to transfer me to customer service to change the reservation. When I was transferred to customer service the associate explained that he could not change the reservation. I was told that I could cancel the reservation but no guarantee that I would be refunded. I was still in need of a reservation to the **** Hotel. I needed this particular hotel due to its proximity to the US State Dept., I was going to work overnight during a snowstorm. I searched the **** Hotel on Google.com instead and was taken to the **** Hotel's official website, https://www.hotelhive.com. The website had a direct line.
