My in-box was flooded with a great author, “Rachel Hanna.” If you weren’t reading her books, you were missing out on a wonderful experience. I only read eBooks. “No Problem, we have 100,000 eBook Titles.” Then I got billed $24.99 for the 1st installment for a total cost $144.00. The titles were unlimited, and you could save whole sets of these great authors’ collections. This was not true because when I 1st signed up, I downloaded 3 or 4 so I would be ready to read the 2nd in the series, but those books were gone. Then I went to cancel, I could cancel by filling out their form and a letter of cancellation along with $14,00. I did not pay and went in to try and cancel again. This time there was $47. charge. I tried to chat, I waited 9 minutes for AI, and a banner popped up that said Chat Ended.
