A letter came to my house addressed to my grown son about his factory warranty possibly expiring and that he needed to call them to keep breakdown coverage. There is nothing identifying the company - no name, no address - only the 888-404-0289 number and a deadline (11/27/2025) to respond by. The postage on the envelope says: MAILED FROM ZIP CODE 92799 PRSRT STD US POSTAGE PAID SANTA ANA CA PERMIT NO 325 [BBB Scam Type: Other] [Business: Unknown] [Location: FL, USA - 33070]
Paper comes in main stating “urgent response requested.” Has name and address on target. Has a customer ID, coverage and a response date. Has multiple areas to a phone number to call even has a español option with the number 888-404-0289. Has a table of where there’s an approve tbd and expiration date. Another table of coverage explained and important vehicle protection information. It explained what it might cover and type of protection. Along with operating hours.
